Power and Associates award for "Highest in Customer Satisfaction with the Auto Insurance Shopping Experience" for the third consecutive year. This award recognizes the top rankings in the J.D. Power and Associates 2010 Insurance Shopping StudySM, which evaluates the experience of customers purchasing a new auto insurance policy.
The 2010 J.D. Power and Associates Insurance Shopping StudySM examines the purchasing behaviors and overall satisfaction of buyers who shop for a new auto insurance company. Three factors are measured to determine overall satisfaction and are listed in order of importance as: distribution, price and policy offerings.
Erie Insurance achieved the highest ranking with strong performance across all factors.
